Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. If you are in the Williamstown area, simply bring the item back to our store.
Most packages will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Please contact us in advance for shipping charge information to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other international addresses.

The only information that we collect includes name, address, telephone number and email address.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and are not stored or processed by Where’d You Get That!?, Inc.
